What is the cheapest time to fly to Bangkok?
The weather in Bangkok can roughly be split into a wet and a dry season. The weather is hot all year round, but between May and October you can expect rainfall, often heavy, most days, and the heat can be unpleasantly sticky. So of course it’s cheaper to fly to Bangkok during this period. You’ll also save money on accommodation, tours etc., though some attractions may be closed. Flights between December and March are likely to be more expensive. Your best bet is to look at April or November, the so-called ‘shoulder season’, when the weather is only just beginning to turn but prices haven’t yet gone up too sharply.
