Current Airline Policies regarding Coronavirus Changes/Cancellations
We partner with over 220+ airlines, all of whcih have their own policy regarding refunds and cancellation waivers due to Coronavirus. Each airline has been issuing information regarding which routes and flight dates are currently eligible for free cancellations or changes. These policies are being updated by the airlines regularly as the situation is changing. So please do keep informaed regarding the airline(s) you are booked to fly with.
These airline-specific policies all apply to tickets that have been booked through StudentUniverse. So we are happy to help you with changing or cancelling your ticket. Please do keep in mid that we are bound to each airline's current policy. So any flights that you wish to change or cancel, that does not have a waiver, will still be subject to the original terms and conditions.
