If you’re looking for a surfing paradise then you have to visit Portugal. In particular make sure you visit Cortegaca in the North of Portugal; here you’ll find great beaches and traditional food everywhere. If you want to get away from the crowded beaches then you should visit Porto which is in the South of Portugal; here you’ll be able to take up classes in surfing for as little as two euros. Portugal is a perfect destination for those who are seeking culture, sun and sea.
Though France is the city of love, it can also be said to be a city full of surfers. We recommend spending a weekend break between March and November, so that’ll be able to ride some quality waves. In particular the West Coast, as the further down the coastline you are the better the surf becomes.
